Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Peri Micaela Finnigan and Boris van Delden, CAANZ accredited chartered accountants, of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators following solvency resolutions by the company shareholders on 5 February 2019 at 5.00pm pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

The liquidators fix 22 March 2019 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have in the liquidation.

Note: This is a solvent liquidation.
