Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, Thomas Lee Rodewald was appointed liquidator of NEW ZEALAND CHINA DIRECT LIMITED (in liquidation) on 9 December 2019 at 11.05am.

We fix 31 January 2020 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
