Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Claims

Kevin J. Davies, Tauranga, insolvency practitioner of Principle Liquidation Limited, was appointed as liquidator of the company by a special resolution of the shareholders of the company on 5 February 2019 at 4.00pm pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

The liquidator fixes 30 April 2019 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and to establish any priority their claim may have in the liquidation.
