Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Boris van Delden and Iain McLennan, RITANZ Accredited Insolvency Practitioners of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the company by the High Court at Auckland on 17 December 2019 at 11.12am pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993.

The liquidators have fixed 7 February 2020 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have in the liquidation.
