Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and

Craig Sanson, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, and Malcolm Hollis, chartered accountant of Christchurch, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the companies by the High Court at Auckland pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 on 17 December 2019 at the times stated below:

• SMITH & CO HOSPO LIMITED (in liquidation) at 10059am

We fix 31 January 2020 as the day by which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims, and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
