Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Companies Act 1993, Section 3, 255(2)(a)

On 3 December 2018 it was resolved pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 that HALO BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE LIMITED be liquidated and that Samuel Bassett of Auckland, accountant, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.

The liquidation commenced on 19 December 2018.
