Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

On 3 December 2019 at 2.00pm it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholder(s), pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that MANUKAU SCRAP METAL & CARS LIMITED be liquidated and that Imran Mohammed Kamal, insolvency practitioner of Wellington, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
