Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Boris van Delden and Peri Micaela Finnigan, accredited insolvency practitioners of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the company by the High Court at Auckland on 21 November 2019 at 3.00pm pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993.

The liquidators have fixed 21 January 2020 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claim may have in the liquidation.
