Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Companies Act 1993, Section 3, 255(2)(a)

On 22 November 2019, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that PRIME NORTH PROPERTIES LIMITED be liquidated and that Joon Youl Seo, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for the purpose. The liquidation commenced on 22 November 2019 at 3.00pm.
