Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 88 of the Limited Partnership Act 2008, David Ian Ruscoe and Malcolm Russell Moore, both of Grant Thornton New Zealand Limited, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the partnership by a special resolution of the limited partner. The liquidation commenced on 20 November 2019 at 11.00am.

Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix 6 December 2019 as the date on or before which the creditors of the partnership are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made, or as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
