Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Subsequent to the trustees passing a resolution, pursuant to section 24 of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957, and filing a resolution with the Registrar of the Incorporated Societies, pursuant to section 243(8) of the Companies Act 1993, stating that on appointment of a liquidator the trust would be able to pay its debts, Garry Whimp was appointed as liquidator of the trust by special resolution of the trustees on 13 November 2019 at 12.25pm.

The liquidation commenced on Thursday 21 November 2019 at 9.00am.

Notice is given that Friday 10 January 2020 is the day on or before which any creditors of the trust are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have in the liquidation.

Note: The liquidation is a result of a merger with the Villages Trust of Lower Hutt. All creditors have or will be paid in full.
