Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

On the 19 November 2019 at 10.29am it was resolved by the court, pursuant to section 241(2)(c)(iii) of the Companies Act 1993, that FRESH HALAL BUTCHERS LIMITED be liquidated and that Imran Mohammed Kamal, insolvency practitioner of Wellington, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
