Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Peri Micaela Finnigan and Boris van Delden, CA ANZ accredited insolvency practitioners of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the incorporated society by the members of the incorporated society on 15 November 2019 at 4.00pm pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

The liquidators have fixed 20 January 2020 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have in the liquidation.

Note: All known creditors have been paid.
