Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

By resolution of creditors at the watershed meetings held on 1 February 2019, pursuant to section 239ABU(b) of the Companies Act 1993, Geoff Falloon, chartered accountant of Biz Rescue Limited, was appointed liquidator of the above companies at 1.00pm.

Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims

The liquidator has fixed 15 March 2019 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have, if they have not already established their claim under the voluntary administration process.

Creditors who have not made a claim at that date, and a distribution is declared, will be excluded from the benefit of that distribution and may not object to that distribution.
