Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Craig Sanson, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, and Malcolm Hollis, chartered accountant of Christchurch, were appointed joint and several liquidators of ECOBUILD RESIDENTIAL LIMITED by the High Court at Auckland, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 15 November 2019 at 10.20am.

All creditors must notify us in writing of their claims by 31 January 2020 or they may lose their priority to any claims.
