Wendy Somerville and Malcolm Hollis, Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand Accredited Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of LT 2019 LIMITED (in liquidation) by the shareholders pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 on 14 November 2019 at 9.15am.

We fix 31 January 2020 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
