Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Wendy Somerville and Malcolm Hollis, Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand Accredited Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of MIZZONI LIMITED by the High Court at Hamilton pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”) on 11 November 2019 at 11.29am.

We fix 20 December 2019 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
