Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Stephen Young, of RSM New Zealand (Auckland) was appointed liquidator of the above-mentioned company on 8 November 2019 at 11.00am, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”). The directors of the company have signed solvency certificates prior to the liquidation.

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Notice is given that the liquidator fixes 13 December 2019 as the day on or before the creditors of the company are to make their claims, and establish any priority their claims may have under section 312, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
