Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claim

Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of the above-named companies on Friday 8 November 2019 at 10.00am and 10.30am respectively, appointed Pritesh Patel, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, as liquidator of the above-named companies.

Notice is given that the liquidator fixes 13 December 2019 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and establish any priority.
