Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Peri Micaela Finnigan and Iain McLennan, CAANZ accredited insolvency practitioners of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the company by the sole shareholder of the company on 7 November 2019 at 3.45pm, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

The liquidators have fixed 18 December 2019 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have in the liquidation.
