Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Companies Act 1993, Section 3, 255(2)(a)

On 24 October 2019 it was resolved pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 that MARAEROBICS LIMITED be liquidated and that Jonathan Roberts of Auckland, chartered accountant, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.

The liquidation commenced on 24 October 2019 at 3.00pm.
