Craig Sanson and Malcolm Hollis, Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand Accredited Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of CASTLEFORD MEDIA (NZ) LIMITED (in liquidation) by the shareholders pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 on 4 November 2019 at 9.00am.

We fix 15 December 2019 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
