Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Pursuant to an order of the High Court at Auckland dated 1 November 2019, Kare Johnstone and Andrew John Grenfell, chartered accountants and accredited insolvency practitioners of Auckland, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators.

If any creditor claims a security interest over any assets of the above company, please provide details to the liquidators forthwith.

The liquidation commenced on 1 November 2019 at 10.21am.
