Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

It was resolved by special resolution of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that the above-named company be liquidated and that David Thomas, accountant of Tauranga, be appointed liquidator for the purpose on the date and time below:
