Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Claims

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”), on 30 October 2019 at 11.30am, Tony Leonard Maginness and Jared Waiata Booth, CAANZ Accredited Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of the company.

The liquidators fix 11 December 2019 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any priority, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
