Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Pursuant to section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 on 24 October 2019, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that NO LONGER REQUIRED LIMITED be liquidated and that Rowan S. Kingstone, of Kingstone & Associates Chartered Accountants Limited, Auckland, be appointed liquidator.

The liquidation commenced on 24 October 2019 at 12.00pm.

The liquidator has fixed 25 November 2019 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
