Colin Sanderson and Boris van Delden, RITANZ accredited insolvency practitioners of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of NORTHWAY PANEL & PAINT LIMITED by the shareholders on 21 October 2019 at 3.10pm and Colin Sanderson and Peri Micaela Finnigan, RITANZ accredited insolvency practitioners of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of HMLT LIMITED by the shareholders on 23 October 2019 at 11.35am pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

The liquidators have fixed 29 November 2019 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have in the liquidations.
