Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

Notice is hereby given that on 15 October 2019 and 10 October 2019 respectively, in accordance with section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of the above-named companies, appointed Timothy Chemaly, barrister and solicitor of Auckland, as liquidator. The times of the liquidations are 9.10am and 11.15am respectively.

The undersigned does hereby fix 20 November 2019 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
