Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that the liquidation of the companies listed below commenced on 8 October 2019 at the times noted.

KEARNEYS TOWING LIMITED (in liquidation) at 10.10am.

CAPITAL BREAKDOWN SERVICES LIMITED (in liquidation) at 10.11am.

Murray G. Allott, Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand Accredited Insolvency Practitioner, has been appointed as liquidator of each company in accordance with section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 by Order of the High Court at Wellington.

Notice of Meeting of Creditors

Pursuant to section 245 of the Companies Act 1993, the liquidator will dispense with the meeting of creditors in order to keep costs to a minimum and maximize potential returns to creditors.
