Appointment of Liquidator

Notice is hereby given that, subsequent to a resolution as to solvency, and in accordance with section 241(2)(b) of the Companies Act 1993, the director of RK LABOUR HIRE LIMITED, appointed Pritesh Patel, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, as liquidator. The liquidation commenced at 3.30pm on 11 October 2019.

A certificate of solvency has been submitted to the Registrar.

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

The undersigned does hereby fix 22 November 2019 as the day on or before which the creditors (if any) of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
