Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Claims

Notice is hereby given that the liquidation of the above-named company commenced on 30 September 2019 at 2.16pm when creditors appointed Tony Leonard Maginness and Kevin David Pitfield joint and several liquidators of the company in accordance with section 241(2)(d) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”).

The liquidators fix 11 November 2019 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any priority, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
