Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholder of the above-named companies, at 12.00pm and 12.15pm respectively, on 30 September 2019, appointed Victoria Toon, chartered accountant of Auckland, as liquidator of the above-named companies.

The undersigned does hereby fix 4 November 2019 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distributions made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distributions.

Notice of Creditors’ Meeting

Notice is given in accordance with section 243 of the Companies Act 1993 that a meeting of creditors is to be held at the offices of Corporate Restructuring Limited, Level 12, 17 Albert Street, Auckland Central, on Monday 14 October 2019 at 12.30pm.

Agenda

1. Liquidator’s report on the proceeding of the liquidations to date.
2. To receive the views of creditors in regard to the companies’ affairs.
3. Confirmation of liquidator.
4. Appointment of liquidation committee pursuant to section 314 of the Companies Act 1993.
