Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Company Number: 124768

Brenton Hunt, insolvency practitioner, was appointed liquidator of the above-named company on 30 September 2019 at 5.43am, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

The directors had previously passed resolutions declaring that on the appointment of a liquidator, the company would be able to pay its debts.

Notice of Meeting of Creditors

Pursuant to section 243(8) of the Companies Act 1993, the liquidator is not required to call a creditors’ meeting.

Note: The company is solvent and is being liquidated as it has completed the purpose for which it was incorporated.
