On 25 September 2019, Judge Lang made an order that Damien Grant may be appointed to act as liquidator, pursuant to sections 280 and 286(4) of the Companies Act 1993, of the above-named companies.

Judge Lang further ordered that service be effected by way of emailing all known creditors that have provided email addresses and by public advertisement of his Honour’s decision and written notice of the documents supporting the liquidator’s application to the Court.
