Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
and Notice to Creditors to Claim

Craig Sanson, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, and Malcolm Hollis, chartered accountant of Christchurch, were appointed joint and several liquidators of NEXT SOLUTIONS CONSULTANCY LIMITED by the High Court at Auckland pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 on 27 September 2019 at 10.55am.

All creditors must notify us in writing of their claims by 8 November 2019 or they may lose their priority to any distributions that may become available and no objections will be received.
