Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
and Notice to Creditors to Claim

Craig Sanson, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, and John Fisk, chartered accountant of Wellington, were appointed joint and several liquidators of STANLEY CONSTRUCTION (WAIKATO) LIMITED (in receivership and in liquidation) in place of Damien Grant. The liquidation commenced on 5 September 2019 by resolution of the shareholders, under section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”), and Mr Sanson and Mr Fisk were appointed replacement liquidators on 25 September 2019 at 3.10pm by a creditors resolution under section 243(6) of the Act.

We fix 31 October 2019 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
