Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Pursuant to Section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993

Vivian Madsen-Ries and David Webb, of Deloitte, were appointed liquidators, jointly and severally, of KENTERGRAPH ENGRAVERS LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court in Auckland on 20 September 2019 at 11.08am.

On 23 September 2019, Colin Owens subsequently replaced Vivian Madsen-Ries as liquidator.

25 October 2019 is fixed as the last day for creditors to lodge and establish any priority their claims may have. Creditors who fail to lodge a claim by the distribution date will be excluded from that distribution and may not object to that distribution. Creditors claiming a security interest should urgently provide details to the liquidators.
