Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Peri Micaela Finnigan and Colin Sanderson, RITANZ accredited insolvency practitioners, of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the company by the shareholder of the company by his attorney on 26 September 2019 at 8.00am pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

The liquidators have fixed 1 November 2019 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have in the liquidation.
