EQUIPME LIMITED (in liquidation) at 10.45am it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Act, to liquidate the company.

NOVARE KITCHENS LIMITED (in liquidation) at 10.45am it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Act, to liquidate the company.

NUEVO LIMITED (trading as Mexicali Fresh New Lynn) (in liquidation) at 10.04am it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Act, to liquidate the company.

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Notice is given that the liquidators have fixed 23 November 2019 as the day on or before which the creditors of the above-named companies are to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
