Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Claims

Garry Whimp, RITANZ accredited insolvency practitioner of Whangarei, was appointed as liquidator of the company by a special resolution of the shareholder of the company on 25 September 2019 at 3.30pm pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

The liquidator fixes 8 November 2019 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and to establish any priority their claim may have in the liquidation.
