Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

On the 20 September 2019 at 12.59pm it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholder(s), pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that NZ PURE TOUR LIMITED be liquidated and that Imran Mohammed Kamal, insolvency practitioner of Wellington, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
