Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, David Ian Ruscoe and Raymond Paul Cox, both of Grant Thornton New Zealand Limited, were appointed joint and several liquidators of DAVINCI11 LIMITED by special resolution of the company. The liquidation commenced on 29 January 2019 at 9.00am.

Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix 26 February 2019 as the date on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made, or as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
