Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and Notice to Creditors to Claim

Notice is hereby given that Bryan Edward Williams, accredited insolvency practitioner, has been appointed liquidator of the above-named companies by the shareholders on 18 September at 5.18pm, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

The liquidator fixes 23 October 2019 as the last day on or before which the creditors of the above-named companies can claim and to establish any priority their claim may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
