Notice of Appointment of Joint Liquidators 

On 9 September 2019 at 3.00pm, pursuant section 24(1) of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908, the members of CARERS SOCIETY (OTAGO) INCORPORATED passed a special resolution putting the society into liquidation and appointed Trevor Edwin Laing and Emma Margaret Laing as joint and several liquidators of the society.

Creditors should file claims and register any priority their claim may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993 by 7 October 2019. Creditors who believe they have a security interest in any of the company in liquidations property must provide details to the liquidators urgently.
