Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims

Pursuant to Section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993

Vivien Judith Madsen-Ries, accountant (and RITANZ Insolvency Practitioner Accredited by Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand) and David Sean Webb, chartered accountant (and Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand Accredited Insolvency Practitioner (NZ)), both of Auckland, were appointed liquidators of the above-named company by a resolution of its shareholder dated 10 September 2019 at 5.27pm. This is a solvent liquidation.

The liquidators have fixed 16 October 2019 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have.

Creditors who have not made a claim at the date a distribution is declared will be excluded from the benefit of that distribution and those creditors may not object to that distribution.
