Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

On 11 September 2019 at 10.56am it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholder(s), pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that SOLARIS CLINIC BOTANY LIMITED be liquidated and that Imran Mohammed Kamal, insolvency practitioner of Wellington, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
