Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

On 3 September 2019, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that the above-named companies be liquidated and that Heath Leslie Gair, of Palliser Insolvency, be appointed liquidator.

The date by which creditors can make claims and establish their priority is fixed for 1 November 2019.
