Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

On 3 September 2019 at 12.00pm it was resolved, by special resolution of the shareholder(s), pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that JAYDEN STEVIE CONSTRUCTION LIMITED be liquidated and that Imran Mohammed Kamal, insolvency practitioner of Wellington, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
