Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, Kenneth Peter Brown and Paul Thomas Manning, were appointed joint and several liquidators of GD (GISBORNE) LIMITED (in liquidation) on 3 September 2019 at 9.00am. This is a solvent liquidation.
