Notice is hereby given that the liquidation of N R H CONSTRUCTION LIMITED (in liquidation) commenced on 22 August 2019 at 10.16am when Murray G. Allott, Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand Accredited Insolvency Practitioner (NZ), was appointed as liquidator in accordance with section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 by order of the High Court at Christchurch.

Notice of Meeting of Creditors

Pursuant to section 245 of the Companies Act 1993, the liquidator will dispense with the meeting of creditors in order to keep costs to a minimum and maximize returns to creditors.
